|Mitsubishi Indonesia (KTB) has officially launched the refreshed 2013 Pajero Sport Limited at the Plaza Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia today (24/05). This limited edition model comes with some refreshment and important revisions to its exterior, but the interior changes are limited.
The updated model gets an aerodynamic body kit on the front and rear bumpers, as well as LED daytime running lights. In addition, there are also Limited badge which is embedded in the rear end of the vehicle. Interior changes are limited, but we can see some exclusive features on this SUV, which includes a 2-DIN Audio/Multimedia system, GPS navigation and rear camera.
Under the hood, there are no changes or revisions to the engine and the new Pajero Sport Limited is still powered by a turbocharged 2.5-liter common-rail diesel engine that can offer two different outputs.
The Dakar Limited models (high-power) can develop up to 178 horsepower (131 kW) at 4,000 rpm and 350 Nm of torque at 1,800-3,500 rpm. While the regular limited models only provide 136 horsepower (100 kW) at 3,500 rpm and 314 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm. The 2013 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Limited is available in four different variants in Indonesia, including Dakar 4×2, Dakar 4×4, Exceed 4×2 and GLS 4×2. The Dakar 4×4 and 4×2 variants come with a five-speed automatic gearbox as standard, while the Exceed 4×2 and GLS 4×2 is available with automatic and manual transmissions, respectively.
According to the Japanese automaker, the new Pajero Sport Dakar Limited will be produced in limited and adjusted with orders from Indonesian consumers. Here’s the official pricing details:
